Lynne Cheney: Feminist & Gay Activist

I'm so incredibly numb and bored with Republican hypocrisy I've tried my best to ignore news and politics lately. This is no easy task, especially when monstrous she-trolls like Lynne Cheney make headlines.

It seems that the Virginia senatorial race prompted up a cat fight when Republican George "Macacca" Allen accused Webb's recent work of fiction as being demeaning of women. Webb fired back by bringing up the lesbian sex scenes in Lynne Cheney's 25-year-old book "Sisters".

Yeah. That Lynned Chene. Vice President Dick Cheney's wife. The one that got all bent out of shape when John Kerry mentioned her lesbian daughter - Mary - in one of the 2004 Presidential debates.

I guess talk about Lesbianism is only appropriate when there's capitalize on it and not when it can be seen as hurtful to your political party of choice.

She did her best to ignore the exsistence of "Sisters" during the Presidential campaign, and her publishers strangely didn't even want to start it's distribution again.
But copies have recently popped up again on Amazon.com after being mentioned by Webb and the fact that she's promoting her new children's book.

Cheney claims that "Sisters" wasn't sexually explicit. But why then would she do her best to ignore it during the 2004 campaign if it's so innocent?

If you want to check out the hot, steamy girl-on-girl action, but don't want to pay hundreds of dollars to acquire a copy on Amazon, just head over to WhiteHouse.org.
